*Franchise investment group participation available on a location-by-location basis only or indirectly via the Resolute Investor Fund (RIF) or Resolute Franchise Fund (RFF). Franchise operators request investment and evaluation by our opportunity assessment team. If findings are satisfactory, funds are then raised for the individual franchise unit or planned set of units [as in a 3 location group to be owned by the same person(s)] with participation from the RIF, RFF, direct investment from qualified investors, and funds invested by the franchise operator.

We assess management competence and coachability, market potential, operational efficiency, scalability, and financial health. For real estate projects, we model cash flows, ROI, NOI, cap rate, and more.
Our management consultants work with entrepreneurs to expand revenue streams, enhance profit-centers, establish a strong brand, setup sales and operational technologies, and prepare for investment.
Before investing or inviting direct investment, we collaborate with experienced business attorneys to structure any required entities and shareholder agreements, and prepare for stock issue.
When the business or property is ready for capital, we earmark monies from the appropriate fund(s) and invite investors to participate directly through a dedicated separate investment account.
Once adequate capital is raised, funds are invested in the business or real estate opportunity per contracted amounts and terms (such as timeline, or milestones); then we engage as partners to drive profitability.
When you're ready, start by sharing your contact information and talking with us to get matched with opportunities. Any funds on deposit are held in a high-yield account until approved for release to your selection of business or real estate investments. Investment funds are allocated as a combination of shares and convertible debt for income generation and overall appreciation.

We have accepted funds in amounts as small as $500 for some opportunities. Currently available opportunities start at $2,500.
Depending on funding timelines and the investment type, deposited funds are held in a high-yield money market account or similar savings instrument (CD or S&P 500 ETF) until the business is ready for funding. Then we release funds to the business in exchange for private shares or convertible debt instruments. Shares appreciate or depreciate in value depending on business performance. When dividends are paid, you receive payments commensurate with your portion of ownership. For convertible debt instruments, you are compensated with interest income scheduled on a debt repayment plan. Any debt remaining after a specified time period (usually 3-5 years) converts to preferred shares of the business.

Then we release funds to cover items such as property purchases, renovation and construction, and to cover administrative expenses associated with the project (such as marketing to secure renters, escrow fees, property taxes, insurance, etc.). You'll typically start seeing investment income and/or interest income after 3 months.
Private equity investing is not like keeping your funds in an interest-bearing savings account or investing in the stock market. It's more like a long-term CD or Treasury Note but with higher potential yield (and either higher risk or a longer investment time horizon). You can always express interest in divesting from an opportunity and we will work with you and other investors to arrange divestment on the most advanced timeline possible. Ultimately, just as in publicly traded stock, there must be someone willing to purchase your shares/interest. This could be another Resolute Investor, an someone else you know, or one of the Investment Funds we operate. Repayment of funds, withdrawals, and exit strategies are fully disclosed as part of each investment prospectus. A Shareholder Agreement (Buy-Sell) will govern your ability to exchange shares. This agreement also protects your family (estate) and all shareholders' common interests.
